TKD/HKD/Karate: under belt (color belt) participants may choose a Geup/Level that most closely matches their rank. 10th Geup is the lowest belt rank (a white belt in most schools) and then progresses up to 1st Geup, which would be 1 rank below a Black Belt. Kung Fu: choose Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced.

EARLY BIRD ENROLLMENT: $90 - TWO events. $100 - THREE events. $110 - FOUR events. $120 - FIVE events. Choose up to FIVE events. For those enrolled in 5 events, Archery may be added as a free 6th event. Kung Fu, Tai Chi ONLY are $75 for up to 3 events.

TAEKWONDO Blackbelts ONLY: Championship Kukkiwon Yudanja (Black belt) Forms Divisions available. Check the ITF and/or TTF box below and please specify your choice by writing CHAMPIONSHIP FORMS in the Special Accommodations box above for each event. TAEKWONDO Blackbelts who want to compete in Recreational Trad forms divisions, just click ITF and/or TTF boxes below.*

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY*

In consideration of being permitted to participate, in any way, in this State Hanmadang, (the "Tournament"), I hereby agree that:

I understand the nature of martial arts activities and the rules of sport competition, and I believe that I am qualified to participate in such activities.
To the best of my knowledge, I am in good physical condition and have no disease or injury that would be aggravated by participating in the Tournament, and that I do not have any diseases that would be communicable to others.
Prior to participating in the Tournament, I will inspect the mats, equipment, and facility to be used for the Tournament, and if I believe anything to be unsafe in any way, I will immediately inform my coach, instructor, or tournament official of such conditions and refuse to participate.
I acknowledge and fully understand that participating in martial arts competition is a contact sport and that might result in serious injury, including permanent disability or death.
Knowing the risks involved in martial arts sport competition, I assume all such risks and accept personal responsibility for the damages that may occur from my participation in the Tournament.
I release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Tournament host, their respective administrators, agents, coaches, referees, scorekeepers, medical staff, and any other employees or volunteers, from any and all claims, demands, losses, or damages on account of injury, including permanent disability, death, or damage or loss of property, caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of any of the aforementioned persons or corporations.
I HAVE READ THE ABOVE WARNING, RELEASE, AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, AND I UNDERSTAND THAT I GIVE UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND KNOWING THIS, I SIGN IT VOLUNTARILY AND WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT OR ASSURANCE OF ANY NATURE. I AGREE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE TOURNAMENT KNOWING THE RISKS AND CONDITIONS INVOLVED AND DO SO ENTIRELY OF MY OWN FREE WILL. I AFFIRM THAT I AM AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE, OR IF I AM UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, THAT I HAVE OBTAINED THE REQUIRED CONSENT OF MY PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN. I INTEND THIS TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABLITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.

For those who are registering for 5 OTHER events BESIDES Archery, Archery may be added as a FREE 6TH EVENT. If this applies to you, WRITE 'ARCHERY' in the Special Accommodations box above. Kung Fu/Tai Chi: choose appropriate drop down. PLEASE ONLY REGISTER ONCE PER PERSON.
